Juicing has wonderful superpowers I never even know about until my grandmother gave me this book called "Fresh vegetable and fruit juices - what's missing in your body? by N.W. Walker D.Sc.". It is a book she has had for years. She has always juiced since I was a child but I could never understand why she was drinking the green, orange or purple juices. I was only excited to always just help her pushing the fruits and vegetables down the tube to be shredded and juiced because I thought the machine was cool the way it processed it so quickly. But little did I know it had great benefits to the beets, carrots, cumber, and other vegetables I wasn't a fan of eating. An as a child and teens, my cousins and I would run from it when she would try to get us to drink it. But she would always at least make us taste it or drink a small glass. The one we would try to stay clear far away from was the green juice, which I say myself now is the best healthiest juice when it comes to juicing.
I think making your own juice is best better than buying juices out of the stores because you know what is actually in it unless you are buying organic. The only thing with making your own juice is that you just have to remember it doesn't have a long shelf life, like other juices in the store with additives. When your juice your own recommended shelf life is 24-48. I myself at least store it up to 5-7 days but I usually try to drink it as fast as I can. But even when you are purchasing juices remember to just pay attention to the labels and look at the ingredient portion to see what is all added to it.
Juicing
One pint of juice daily is a great start when juicing to get your daily nourishments. Even better nourishing that lovely body system is 2-8 pints or more daily. Which either one will lead you to nourish your body to naturally heal itself as it is expressed in the book. Vegetables are known for builders of the body in the juicing world and fruits are cleansers. So when juicing you are also getting that fiber that acts as an international broom, without fiber the colon and body cannot be maintained.
When you don't intake a sufficient quantity of fresh raw vegetables and fruits, enzymes are missing from the body. But when digesting those foods is absorbs into our blood. The intangible magnetic cosmic energy of life (not a substance) is intimately involved in the action and activity of every atom in the human body. The sun rays send billions of atoms into the plant life activating and forcing change to the inorganic elements into organic or life contains elements. Enzymes are the keys to nourishing our bodies.
Cooked/Processed
When eating cooked or processed food automatically converts into inorganic atoms. Which takes out all of the natural water that it contains. Leaving no furnish nourishments, which cells in the body require regeneration. Cooking foods at high temperatures of 118 degrees and above has a downside to it causing it to destroy the good benefits. And even concentrated food has been dehydrated taking out all the good nourishments it contains.
